The Small Box that Changes Lives

I’d heard about Operation Christmas Child before, but truthfully I thought it was just like many other ministries that give a gift at Christmas and move on. Was I wrong!

I’ve recently seen the difference these simple small gifts make in the
lives of needy children around the world.

Operation Christmas Child is a ministry of Samaritan’s Purse.

Their mission statement:

Samaritan’s Purse is a nondenominational evangelical Christian organization providing
spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world. Since 1970, Samaritan’s Purse
has helped meet needs of people who are victims of was, poverty, natural disasters, disease,
and famine with the purpose of sharing God’s love through His Son, Jesus Christ.

OCC partners with the local church worldwide to demonstrate God’s
love to needy children in a tangible way.

One last thing.
Something Rev and I have learned from partnering with World Vision…
You will not only richly bless a needy child; you will bless yourself!
