You can be happy. Really. I haven't always believed it. But I've learned much of my happiness is up to me. Here are my secrets to finding more happiness.

I haven’t always believed it. I know situations and experiences can cause temporary unhappiness, but you and I get to decide whether we’ll allow sadness to linger.

If you want to be happier, you have to be willing to make a few adjustments

25 Secrets and Quotes to Make You Happy

1. Decide you want to be happy.

2. Believe God loves you and wants you to have a future filled with hope.

3. Keep a journal of your hopes, dreams, goals, and things for which you are thankful.

4. Eat a healthy balanced diet.

    1. Thank you Barbie! I spent too much of my life trapped by fear. It’s hard to be happy when you’re afraid all the time. I can’t begin to give enough praise for delivering me . . . and blessing me with happiness and joy.
