I decided years ago that if I was going to get wrinkles anyway, I wanted smile lines. No frown lines dragging the corners of my mouth down to my chin for me. Nope, I wanted lines between mouth and cheeks created by years of intentional grinning.
And that’s only one of the benefits of smiling. It also:
