We’re still not very good at it, are we?
We don’t consistently express our gratitude to God or the people around us.
Even though we know grateful people are more satisfied, have stronger relationships, and are generally happier.
Don’t you want that for your children? For yourself?
It’s time to make the expression of gratitude part of every day. So, I’m inviting you to join me in taking a gratitude challenge for the rest of the year because really, why should this end with Thanksgiving day? We’re going to start by counting our blessings.
7 Blessings a Day – Gratitude Journal
Let’s grab our journals and list 7 blessings for which we’re grateful each day.
Better yet, let’s make it a family project and have everyone share one or two blessings to add to the list. Won’t it be fun to read through our blessings journal on New Year’s Eve?
