| Sunday our Pastor told us he had some family issues and needed to take 2 mos. off. His wife has battled cancer in the past 3 years. We think because she hasn’t been to Church for the last 3 was, she is sick. I’m asking for prayer for them and their family. | I know I cannot earn God\'s love... but even after all these years, I can\'t bring myself to actually believe He would love me & forgive me. I know Jesus is real, I know that the beauty in this world is from God... but how do I know I\'m saved? I\'ve done bad/dumb/horrible things... I\'m trying to be better- I have conversations w/God... with Jesus & I\'m sorry that the Holy Spirit has so little good in me to work with at times....they say I\'m doubting Jesus when I don\'t believe He could save me... I don\'t doubt Jesus could care for me... but His sense of justice, judgement & discernment will condemn me .... I used to contemplate suicide so I could meet Him immediately and find out for sure that I\'m saved. I don\'t want Him to turn his back on me even though I deserve it. Not sure this made ant sense- but thank you for your time & patience. | |||
