A Christmas Prayer to share with your family and friends that they might be thrilled with the hope that lasts forever . . . the hope found in Jesus.

Merry Christmas, friends!

This is…

My Christmas Prayer

Heavenly Father, I pray that, by the power of Your Spirit, our hearts will be filled with…

♥ The Thrill of Hope

Father, thank you for Jesus, the hope for our weary world. As we celebrate His birthday, please fill us with joy and peace that lasts forever.

I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in Him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Romans 15:13

♥ Faith, Hope, and Love

Father, thank you for the gift of Your Word. It proclaims the promises we have in Jesus, the Word made flesh. And by Your Spirit, it draws us to faith and helps that faith grow. Thank you for the way Your promises give us hope for the future and remind us of Your unfailing love that lasts forever.

Please help us love one another as You love us. Bless our families and friends with a firm foundation of faith in Your Son and our Savior, Jesus. And please give us all the daily assurance that we can live with faith, hope, and love because You are our Provider and Protector.

May we faithfully SEEK You first knowing that You will keep Your promise to give us everything we need.

Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.

1 Corinthians 13:7

♥ Jesus, Our Hope and Joy

Father, You didn’t keep the truth about Your love and saving grace a secret from Your people. Thank you!

You promised and provided our Savior and You gave Your one and only Son, Jesus. You proclaimed His power and glory through angels, prophets, apostles, and followers. When we are discouraged, distressed, or disappointed . . . please remind us that Jesus is the source of eternal comfort and wonderful hope.

I cried out, “I am slipping!” but your unfailing love, O Lord, supported me.
When doubts filled my mind, Your comfort gave me renewed hope and cheer.

Psalm 94:18–19

♥ Courage and Strength

Father, I pray that You will bless us with courage and strength each day. Every promise You have made is assured. Your plans are secure. Your forgiveness is complete and Your saving grace lasts forever.

Your LOVE is enough! You tell us not to be worried or afraid because You are with us.

Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.

Isaiah 41:10

Hold us up, Lord. Please strengthen us today and throughout the year ahead. Make us aware of Your presence and help us always remember that You, the One who is with us is greater than the one who stands against us.

A Christmas prayer to share with your family and friends that they might be thrilled with the hope that lasts forever . . . the hope found in Jesus.

♥ Grace, Mercy, Peace, and Truth

Father, please bless us all with your grace, mercy, truth, and peace. Grace that blessed us with what we don’t deserve and mercy that freed us from what we do deserve. Peace that goes beyond human understanding and truth that is absolute and everlasting.

We worship, praise, and offer ourselves to You in humility and faith.

Teach me Your ways, O Lord,
that I may live according to Your truth!
Grant me purity of heart,
so that I may honor You.
With all my heart I will praise You, O Lord my God.
I will give glory to Your name forever.

Psalm 86:11–12
