Quotes to Help Your Broken Heart Heal
My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. Psalms 73:26
This is my life verse. I hold it close and speak it throughout the day. It reminds me that in everything—it’s not about me.
God gave me this verse as He worked to heal my broken heart.

I like Rick Warren’s quote. Mainly because I have been there and understand exactly what he is talking about.
Feeling like I can relate to most but Rick Warren’s quote together with Psalm 147:3–5 are definitely speaking to my heart. I am battling something right now that is trying to take a stronghold on me and am feeling overwhelmed at times. I want so desperately to feel that healing. To know that I won’t be broken forever. I pray for this sadness to be turned to joy. I will praise Him in my pain because He’s knows better than I do. I don’t have the bigger picture that He has painted but I’ll pray and I’ll wait on His perfect timing. Thank you for these verses and quotes I really needed them today. ♥
Such wisdom here.
And grace.
So glad I stopped by.
