10 Verses that will Help You Remember How Much God Loves You
I was finishing my regular morning Bible Study and prayer time when I paused to ask God what He wanted me to write . . . what He wanted me to share with you.
And my spirit heard Him say…
“Tell them how much I love them.”
My initial response was…
“Lord, don’t they already know?”
And I heard…
“They know, but they need to hear it again and again and again. Tell them again.”
So, let’s pause today to simply focus on God’s love.
He loves us more than we can imagine. He loves us perfectly and completely.
How can we know without any doubt that no matter where we’ve been or what we’ve done God loves each of us personally and unconditionally?
Because He said so in the Bible. And His Bible is His Word to us.
All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness.
2 Timothy 3:16 (ESV)

A Prayer Thanking God for His Unfailing Love
Father, I needed this today. I needed to remember the magnitude of Your love. When I really pause and think about the countless ways You have shown me Your love . . . I’m overwhelmed. Just allowing me to KNOW You, that You sent Jesus to SHOW people Your LOVE, and that you gave us Your Spirit to make it possible for us to respond to Your LOVE with faith and trust.
When I feel left out, help me remember that You have chosen me. When I feel discouraged, help me remember that You created me, that You know me completely, and that better than anyone . . . You understand me. I can count on Your unfailing love. Love so great that You mercifully gave Your Son to suffer my punishment and die for me . . . so great that You graciously give me blessings I don’t deserve. Your plans for me are personal and good and You want what is best for me.
You want me to spend forever in heaven with You experiencing Your best for all eternity.
I have put my trust in Your love. I believe Your love makes all things possible. I believe and I pray in the name of my Lord and Savior, Jesus. Amen.
God loves us. God loves you. God loves me.
His love never fails.
So the Word became human and made his home among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness. And we have seen his glory, the glory of the Father’s one and only Son.
John 1:14

You made me cry this morning Deb and I thank you for it. Needed to hear this reminder. Especially while I feel lost and out of touch with Him….. Love His unfailing love and have to remember it more often regardless of my feelings or circumstances. Have a blessed day
Oh God’s timing is impeccable. In my morning prayers I was asking God to make me more loving towards others. I so often fail in this task. I was asking him to make my eyes see this love, my ears to hear this love and my mouth to speak this love. I invited my lord to show me this love and guide me in both receiving and giving love. Oh, Deb, and then I read this. Yes, God loves me. May I never forget those words and what they mean and represent. Blessings Deb. My heart is filled with joy once again.
I love it when God answers our prayers immediately by reminding us of His promises. Blessings!
I so needed this reminder today, too, Deb, as I grieve for all the parents who lost their children in the Texas shooting. These little innocents are now in God’s loving arms; may those same arms of comfort cradle all those who mourn.
Blessings!
Amen, Martha! My heart grieves with those families. Oh, how we need God’s love to surround us and heal us. Blessings!

Thank You FOR Sharing Deb ???????????? VERY Inspirational Blog AND GREAT Bible Verses ♥️THANK You FOR SHARING ???????? It’s WONDERFUL to be reminded Of HOW MUCH we’re Loved By G-D♥️ When There’s Times WE DONT Feel it ????????G-d♥️Bless
Thank you, Cheri! I am always blessed by your encouragement. Have a wonderful week!
The verses you cited about how much God loves his children testifies as to all the reasons and ways God loves us inconditionally.
I was very slow in realizing how much he loves each of us. I thought I needed to show him how much I loved him and didn’t grasp how he much loved me/us.
Once I realized he loves all his children no matter how faithfully or not so faithfully I/we served him, I/we are loved beyond measure. What a wonderful peaceful feeling that has been❣️????✝️
I think many of us have been taught to believe that God loves the obedient leaving us to believe that we must “do it right” to receive His love. It is such a blessing to know that He loves us first when we are still sinners. Our love and obedience are our “get to” response to His faithful changeless love. Thanks so much for visiting, Sharla, and for joining the conversation. God bless you!
Deb I appreciate you clarifying for me what I experienced. You have a tremendous ability to discern scripture in a way that helps us apply it to our daily lives. Thank you for sharing your ministry daily. It is a true blessing for all????????
I’m so glad you were blessed and encouraged, Sharla. I so appreciate that you took the time to let me know. God be with you and bless you!
