Thankful Thirty – God’s Gift of Life and Hope Through

So many spiritual blessings come through…

1. Salvation through Jesus.

God sent His Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through Him. John 3:17

2. Trust through God’s past faithfulness. 

Give thanks to Him who led his people through the wilderness.His faithful love endures forever. Psalm 136:16

3. Hope through God’s promises. 

For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland. Isaiah 43:19

4. Freedom from fear through God’s presence.

Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me. Psalm 23:4

5. Adoption into God’s family through Jesus. 

God sent Him to buy freedom for us who were slaves to the law, so that He could adopt us as his very own children. Galatians 4:5

Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me. John 14:6

6. Eternal life with God through faith in Jesus.

For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23

7. Strength and courage through God-give power. 

Now all glory to God, who is able, through His mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. Ephesians 3:20

8. Perseverance in trials through strength from Jesus. 

 I know how to live on almost nothing or with everything. I have learned the secret of living in every situation, whether it is with a full stomach or empty, with plenty or little. For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength. Philippians 4:12–13

Since He Himself has gone through suffering and testing, He is able to help us when we are being tested. Hebrews 2:18

God has blessed you and me with everything we need to live through faith. He wants us to live boldly through faith. He longs for us to “cease striving” through faith.

To trust His presence and help in every circumstance…

When you’re afraid . . . live through faith.
When you’re impatient . . . live through faith.
When you’re cranky . . . live through faith.
When you’re selfish . . . live through faith.
When you’re treated unfairly . . . live through faith.
When you’re suffering . . . live through faith.
When you’re grieving . . . live through faith.

Faith in Jesus as Lord and Savior.

Faith given and received in love.

When you are lost in the dark hallways of life surrender your heart to the One who will carry you through to the light. He is always close. Always.

Father, Thank you for giving me a through kind of faith. Faith that knows You are always with me. You have faithfully seen me through past trials. Your presence and promises strengthened me through then and I know You will never leave me or forsake me in the days ahead. Your grace, mercy, and love are all I need. Father, help me to keep my eyes on You. Teach me Your truth. Help me to live for Your glory. In the precious name of Jesus. Amen.
