Smile!

That’s it! Just make an effort to smile.

I’m not suggesting you fake your feelings; I’m asking you to consider the difference a smile can make.

So . . .

• in the hallway at work – smile at coworkers.
• at the mall or grocery store – smile at other shoppers and sales people.
• at a restaurant – smile at your server.
• on the street – look for someone who looks like they need a smile.
• at home – smile at your kids and at your spouse.

I promise you will be blessed. The smiles you’ll get in return will make you want to turn smiling into a habit. You’ll discover that even a rotten mood can be turned around when you share a smile or two.
