| My heart is grieving and devastated. The man I thought I would marry just broke up with me out of nowhere. I hurt him with my careless words, and guilt tripped him when I wanted to see him so badly. This was our first trouble to face, and it breaks my heart that he didn\'t want to fight for us or let me apologize or reconcile. I\'m confused because he claims to still love me. He\'d rather go back to being friends than for something more hurtful to happen that tears us apart worse. My family has hurt each other many times and still loved and forgave, so why can\'t we?
